Why is everyone redesigning their web sites? 1) DEMAND 2) LOW COST 3) THE COMPETITION. More people use the web to find information than ever before. More people use the web than use the local phone directory to locate a company. And if they can't find yours...

Does your web site need an "extreme makeover?" Not too many years ago everyone felt the pressure to get a web site, any web site, online fast. If you weren't on the web, people either thought something was wrong or you simply didn't exist. Or worse, you weren't worth considering.

Today, people expect you to have a web site, and most companies have one. But many haven't given it much though past putting up the equivalent of a brochure. People can find your site, get your address and phone number and maybe read a little about what you do. But is that what your customers want?

Your web site is often the first person your potential customers meet. Everything that's true about first impressions applies to your web site. If it's difficult, frustrating to interact with or a waste of time, customers will move on. What impression does your web site make on first-time customers? And how does your web site treat those customers you already have?

Consider your web site your own customer service representative, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What information might customers or prospects want? What do they ask over the phone or in your office that could be answered online? Do you have a video they can watch that will answer their questions or introduce them to new products or services?

It's never been cheaper to have a great web site. A few years ago, changes in our economy dropped the bottom out of technology. The prices for web technologies and services dropped too. Today you can get a sophisticated web site for less than a simple web site cost just a few years ago.

Why not discuss your ideas for a better web site with one of our Internet specialists? To the left is a partial list of some of the specific Internet technologies we can deploy or demonstrate for your consideration. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs and discuss your web redesign project.
